The housing crisis and the change in climate is at the forefront of policy in the state of Massachusetts says Representative Natalie Higgins. Across the nation, and across the globe the same crisis are apparent. A solution? Marrying the two crisis’ into one answer, net-zero affordable housing.

The solution doesn’t come without its positives and negatives though, so experts in the home-building industry and policymakers weighed in on the viability of this “new reality.”
